Hello to all of you in the HoneyHill Hive!
Like I said on my last post, "I had a baby!" (check it out if you haven't already) - I have been out of commission for quite some time... even without reading, I bet you can guess why.
But because of my absence, I missed out on giving you all a wonderful announcement! We gained a wonderful new member of our team - our Scheduler, Melody Young!
Melody is such a wonderful addition to our HoneyHill HomeCare office staff. She works with our caregivers and clients to make sure that their schedules are satisfactory to both parties. Melody came from a background of scheduling and it certainly shows as her efficiency and thoughtfulness has proved to be such a value added to our company.
Not only is Melody great at what she does, but she is pleasant to be around & kind to everyone she interacts with on a daily basis! Trust me that can be a challenge when you are having up to a few hundred texts, calls and emails every day. She handles crises like a champ and is always looking for ways to go above & beyond to help the team, our clients, and our employees. What more could you ask for?
At HoneyHill, we really aim to find employees that feel like family (even in the office) because we want to keep our values and integrity in tact. With Melody, it was such an easy fit from the beginning. We are glad to have her on our team and for those of you who do not already know her - please give her a very warm welcome!
P.S. Melody has a lot of patience. She was hired back in January and I am just now posting this in July. Haha sorry Melody!
